In the February issue of Hulbert Financial Digest, the Cabot China & Emerging Markets Report is ranked the top performing newsletter for five years with a 19.3% annualized return as of January 31, 2009, compared to a 0.8% annualized return for the Wilshire 5000 Total Return Index.
