Rick Lehman’s financial career spans more than 35 years, beginning with an 11-year stint on Wall Street where he was an Options Coordinator with EF Hutton, and later with Thomson McKinnon, developing option strategies for clients and conducting options training and education programs for brokers. In 1984, Lehman was named “Top Broker” in the U.S. Trading Championships: Option Division, sponsored by Barron’s.
Rick is the founder and principal of California Registered Investment Advisor RHL Capital LLC. He also serves as an Instructor of both Options and Behavioral Finance classes at UC Berkeley Extension in San Francisco. He is a frequent speaker on the subject of options, providing live seminars and webinars for companies such as TradeKing and E*Trade.
Rick has authored three books: New Insights on Covered Call Writing and Far From Random–Using Investor Behavior and Trend Analysis to Forecast Market Movement and Options for Volatile Markets—Managing Volatility and Protecting Against Catastrophic Risk with Lawrence McMillan.
He holds a BS in Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, and an MBA from the State University of New York at Albany.
