History
In 1970, Carlton G. Lutts began the Cabot Heritage Corporation and launched his first investment newsletter—the Cabot Market Letter. The passionate venture was a great success and Carlton soon had an eager and loyal following of subscribers. Carlton was joined in 1986 by his son, Timothy, and they worked side-by-side picking stocks until Carlton retired in 2004.
Today, Timothy Lutts is chief investment strategist and president of the Cabot Heritage Corporation. Cabot publishes eight separate and distinct investment newsletters, including Cabot Market Letter, Cabot Top Ten Report, Cabot China & Emerging Markets Report, Cabot Benjamin Graham Value Letter, Cabot Stock of the Month Report, Cabot Small-Cap Confidential, Cabot Green Investor and Cabot Wealth Advisory.
During our more than 39 years advising investors, Cabot newsletters have been honored numerous times for being among the top investment advisories by Timer Digest and the Hulbert Financial Digest.
